• Trevor had a late start today because it snowed last night.  I am really over the snow.  There have been all sorts of little crocuses popping up and the birds are starting to come back and I am ready for SPRING!  So after Trevor left for school, Owen and I made popcorn and watched StarWars (the first one).  He loves his StarWars and has spent the rest of the day building ships out of Legos.  I was in it for the popcorn.  Lots of real butter and a little salt...mmm mmmmm.  =)

  I have been sleeping better.  I still have a cough that seems to get worse at night but other than that I feel fine.  It seems like everyone I know is sick right now.  Even my family out in CT have been sick! 

  I roasted some whole chickens I had waiting in the fridge so now the house smells all yummy.  Tomorrow I will make chicken stock with the bones and some left over veggies I have.  I need to remember to get containers for the stock so I can freeze it.  Knowing me, I'll forget until I have the stock all ready to be put in the freezer.  I'll go write it down RIGHT NOW!  =)
